Great news, fundraising just got a lot easier!
As part of our commitment to offer the world’s best mobile fundraising experience, we are delighted to announce the release today of a pioneering new feature: ‘Auto Activate - The Guided Fundraiser Journey’. This feature guides supporters through personalising and sharing their new fundraising page and raising more for your cause.
When a fundraiser has just created their page (or if they’ve raised zero dollars), they will be automatically guided through the auto-activation process on their fundraising page.
These new steps guide fundraisers through: personalising, sharing, activating and donating to their page.

Minimise inactive fundraising pages & reduce support requests
Maximise money raised & fundraising success

How it works:
New or inactive (raised zero dollars) will automatically be prompted to:
Upload a photo
Describe why they’re fundraising
Share to facebook, SMS and email
Connect to facebook, Fitbit and Strava
Donate to their page
In addition there is also a ‘getting started’ button under the fundraiser's profile image that can be pressed at anytime to launch this feature.
